NO RETURN POSSIBLE :

Due to the bespoke nature and high-quality materials of our products, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, sizes, and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact our customer service team at support@bibsandbows.com prior to placing your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY :

We understand that occasionally, there may be size discrepancies. In such cases, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange :

  • Exchanges are only accepted for size issues.
  • The request for an exchange must be made within 1 day of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

2. Proof of Size Issue :

  • To process an exchange, you must provide proper proof of the size issue by sharing clear images.
  • Please email the images and a detailed explanation of the issue to support@bibsandbows.com. Include your order number and contact information.

3. Exchange Process :

  • Once we receive and verify the images and details, our customer service team will contact you with further instructions.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items :

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a size issue as specified above.
