DOMESTIC SHIPPING – Within India
For order value below INR 5000/- , including orders containing sale items, there is a shipping cost of INR 150/-.
For all the orders above INR 5000/-, Including orders containing sale items, shipping is free.
We know you can’t wait to receive your new dress from BIBSANDBOWS and twirl around in it.
We endeavor to send out all orders within 7 – 10 business days however, please note during new collection launches, sale periods, weekends and holidays there may be a delay in order processing times.
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS – Within & Outside India
Shipping & Dispatch may take longer depending on the customization.
Custom orders are not eligible for exchange and refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Outside India
International orders will be dispatched within 10 - 15 business days. Shipping charges will be at actuals. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Delivery time will be 5 – 8 days after dispatch depending on where you are located. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
NOTE : ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED & ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES
Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
BIBSANDBOWS is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred.

CHECKING OUT
Ensure that your billing and shipping details are entered properly. If your delivery details are different than your billing details, tick the 'Ship to different address' and enter your delivery details. Please note that we deliver to street postal addresses (no PO boxes) worldwide.
Please note: Once your order has left our warehouse, we are no longer liable for any delays, losses, or additional charges placed by the customs of the country being imported into.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order's journey to your door.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To help us make sure your order arrives in time, please check that:
- Your billing address matches the address shown on your card statement
- You will be available to sign for your order on receipt at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you
- Your shipping address is either your billing or corporate address if you are shopping with us for the first time.
